BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. brown and serve sausage
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 slices white bread, cubed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage, drain and cut up. Beat eggs with milk, add rest of ingredients. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Garnish with watercress. Serves 6.
