QUICK SKILLET MEAT SAUCE FOR
SPAGHETTI
 
1 lb. ground meat beef
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
8 oz. can tomato sauce

Brown meat, drain excessive grease. Absorb in a paper towel. Wrap in butcher paper to keep warm. Add onions and garlic. Cook 4 minutes. Add tomato sauce and seasoning. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add the brown meat to the sauce. Remove bay leaf.

Place cooked spaghetti on a dinner plate. Spoon sauce over spaghetti. This sauce may be used on lasagne.
