QUICK SPAGHETTI/PIZZA SAUCE 
28 oz. can crushed (puree) tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper (fresh mill grind is better)
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Pour can of tomatoes into large container (I prefer a 4 cup measuring cup to pour on pizza or jar for convenient storage), add all dry ingredients except cheese, mix thoroughly, add cheese. Heat on medium heat for spaghetti sauce or pour cold onto pizza.

NOTE: Parmesan cheese tends to stick to pan when heated. Cold water is more effective in removing this cheese from pan and utensils. Or you can add the cheese after the sauce is heated. Enjoy!

Pretty dang good! I got home late from work and made this for dinner. So quick and easy and very tasty. I used diced tomatoes instead of pureed and we were out of parmesan so I just topped it with mozzarella and put it on spaghetti. Delicious.
