TATER TOT HOTDISH 
1 lb. ground beef / hamburger
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup French's fried onions, divided
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
1 bag frozen tater tots

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown hamburger and onions in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain off excess grease. Mix hamburger, soup, sour cream, frozen vegetables and 1/2 of the French fried onions. Pour into the bottom of a casserole dish. Top with cheese then place on the tater tots. Top with remaining fried onions. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
