CHEESEBURGER TATER TOTS 
Kids & adults will love this hearty, zesty meal!

1 pkg. Tater Tots
1 - 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 16 oz. can Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 450°F, cook tater tots for approximately 25 minutes. While tots are cooking, brown ground beef and drain fat.

In a 2 quart saucepan, combine diced tomatoes & tomato sauce. If it's plain tomato sauce, add seasonings for flavor (garlic powder, oregano, basil, etc). When tater tots are ready, arrange them in a 9 X 13 cake pan, or casserole dish. Layer and spread the cooked ground beef over the top of the tots. Layer and spread the sauce/tomato mix over the ground beef.

Reduce oven heat to 350°F, and cook for about 15 minutes longer. Top with either shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese. Scoop and enjoy!
