BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can beer (light works best)

Combine all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 5 inch greased loaf pan. Cover with paper towel and let stand in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake bread approximately 1 hour, checking on it during the last 15 minutes for browning crust. Turn immediately out of baking pan; cool for 10 minutes before serving or slicing.
