3 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer, at room temperature

Mix together with a wooden spoon. Mix well and put into well-greased bread pan. (I use Pam.) Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and remove from pan.
