FOX'S FAVORITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. instant coffee
4 oz. sweetened chocolate
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/4 c. heavy cream

Melt chocolate in double boiler; set aside. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks; set aside. Whip heavy cream with coffee until stiff; set aside. Whip egg yolks with sugar for 3 minutes until sugar is dissolved.

Fold chocolate into egg yolks; then fold in whipped cream. Fold in egg whites. Place in serving containers immediately; then chill. Serve when chilled. Top with whipped cream.
