CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head cabbage, cooked, diced
Grated cheese

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Pepper

Place cabbage in casserole dish. In saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly until thick and bubbly. Pour over cabbage. Top with desired amount of cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.
