ROSIE'S CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger (can substitute 1 lb. pork sausage)
1 onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms, cut in pieces
1 green pepper
1 sm. cabbage, shredded
1 lg. (28 oz.) or 1 sm. (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
1/2 c. wild rice
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cook rices together as directed. Brown onion, garlic and mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients (save 2 cups cabbage for top of casserole) except tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly.

In large casserole dish, butter sides and bottom of dish. Pour 1 cup tomato sauce on bottom. Add the cabbage and meat mixture, all of it. Sprinkle the 2 cups cabbage over top. Add the rest of the tomato sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
