PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 c. milk
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
4 egg yolks

Mix sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; mix well, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 2 minutes. Add 1/2 stick butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into a baked crust, top with meringue. This makes a large pie.
