PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add milk gradually, then slightly beaten egg yolks. Add butter. Cook over low heat until thickened. Add pineapple and vanilla. Pour into a 9 inch baked pie crust. Top with meringue; bake 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees.
