MEATBALL CHEESE SOUP 
2 c. water
1 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

In large kettle, combine first 7 ingredients. Mix together next 5 ingredients. Shape into small meatballs. Drop into soup. Simmer 1 hour. Add Cheez Whiz and simmer until hot.
