PATTI'S MEATBALL SOUP 
3/4 c. bread crumbs (Italian or plain)
1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or sweet)
1 egg
1 c. diced celery
1/3 c. chopped cilantro
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
2 c. cubed zucchini
2 (10 oz.) cans beef bouillon
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes

Combine bread crumbs, meat, and egg. Chill while preparing soup. Combine remaining ingredients in large saucepan. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Shape meat into 1-inch meatballs; add to soup and simmer until it is cooked, about 30 minutes. Makes about 8 servings.
