MEATBALLS WITH MUSHROOM SOUP 
1 lb. ground meat
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. onion, finely cut
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. shortening or Wesson oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. water

Combine meat, milk, crumbs, onion and salt. Shape in 18 balls. Roll in flour; brown on all sides in hot shortening. Remove and place in baking dish. Mix soup and water. Pour over meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until brown.
