MONGOLIAN BEEF 
1 lb. London Broil beef - freeze
1 bunch green onions
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. piece ginger root

Cut beef on a slant while frozen into very thin slices. Mix cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and pepper into bowl. Place beef into bowl. Let sit for 1/2 hour.

Place 2 tablespoons oil into wok. Heat for 1 minute; add the piece of ginger, cook for a minute, then remove. Add beef to wok and cook and stir for 3 minutes.

Remove form wok. Add onions; cook for 1 minute. Return beef to wok, mixing with onion and mix. At this point, you may also add steamed broccoli if you wish. Serve over hot rice.
