MONGOLIAN BEEF 
1 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
1 med. onion, sliced
1 bunch green onions, cut 2" long
6-8 pieces dried hot chili peppers
2-3 slices ginger root

MARINADE:

1 tbsp. mushroom or dark soy
2 tbsp. cooking or rice wine
2 tbsp. oyster flavored sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3-4 slices ginger root

Marinade meat 30 to 45 minutes.
