ORANGE DELIGHT 
Orange jelly
2 fresh eggs
1/4 pt. cream
Strawberry jam

Dissolve jelly in 1 pint hot water. Separate eggs. When jelly is cool but still liquid beat in the mixed yolks. Whisk whites very stiffly and fold into jelly. Pour into glass dish and allow to set. When firm, spread with strawberry jam, then cover with whipped cream. Decorate with cherries and nuts.
