POPOVERS (NEVER FAIL) 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 6 deep glass custard cups or muffin tins.

Beat egg slightly, add milk, flour and salt. Stir with fork until smooth. Do not over beat. Fill tins 1/2 of 3/4 full. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until brown. Serve immediately.
