POPOVER RECIPE 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and beat vigorously with a rotary egg beater until the mixture is smooth but not frothy. Pour immediately into well-greased muffin pans or custard cups.

Bake in a hot oven (450 degrees) for about 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake until the popovers are dry outside (approximately 20 to 25 minutes longer). Remove from oven.
