APRICOT BARS 
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. butter, melted
3 1/2 c. cooking oats
1 (18 oz.) jar apricot preserves

Mix together cake mix, butter and oats. Pat 3/4 mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread preserves on top of cake mixture. Put remaining cake mixture on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown. Cut into bars when cool.
