MORNING COFFEE APRICOT BREAKFAST
BARS
 
4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
18 oz. jar apricot preserves

Mix everything except preserves. Put 2/3 of mixture in bottom of jelly roll pan. Spread preserves on top and crumble remaining crumb dough on top of preserves. Bake 25-30 minutes in 350 degree oven.

I had a really hard time spreading the preserves! I would recommend either getting extra preserves or being sure to use a SMALLER jelly roll pan. Yummy though!
