GREEN CHILE EGGS 
8 oz. can green chilies, drained and chopped or 4 oz. jalapeno peppers,
mild
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
12 eggs
16 oz. sour cream

Layer chilies and cheese in 13 x 9 pan. Combine eggs and sour cream, pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degree 30 minutes or until set.
