TOMATO CHEESE BAKE 
6 slices buttered bread
2 eggs
1/2 lb. American cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked tomatoes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. minced onion

Cut bread and cheese into cubes and arrange into alternate layers in a buttered baking dish. Beat eggs slightly, add tomatoes and seasonings.

Pour over bread and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
