LEMONADE BARS 
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade, thawed
2 tbsp. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat butter with sugar. Add flour. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool slightly, about 10 minutes. Beat eggs. Beat in lemonade, add dry ingredients. Add coconut with nuts. Spread over baked crust. Bake about 25 minutes or longer. Cool and cut into bars.
