LEMONADE BREAD 
1 tbsp. plus 1/3 c. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine all ingredients except the 1/3 cup of lemonade in a large bowl. Blend well (3 minutes at medium speed of mixer). Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes - loosen from sides of pan. Pour the 1/3 cup of lemonade concentrate over bread. Cool. Remove from pan.

The bread did not taste lemony - there should have been more lemonade concentrate in the batter and maybe some lemon zest then there was too much lemonade concentrate poured over baked bread. It made the bread too tart. I suggest more concentrate in the batter and make a glaze for the top with concentrate and confectioners sugar.
