3 heaping c. flour
5 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Blend eggs into flour. Stir flour until thoroughly blended with eggs. Roll out on floured surface. Then roll up each section of dough and cut into narrow strips. Drop in boiling salty water. Cook until tender. Serve with soup.
