KLUSKI 
4 lg. potatoes, peeled and grated
1 tsp. salt
Flour

Add salt and enough flour to the potatoes until mixture is stiff like bread dough. Place a spoonful of dough on a plate, flatten, and drop from edge of plate into boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain off water. Use as noodles in soup, or fry in bacon grease.
