FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
5 eggs
1 stick melted butter
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut or 1 pkg. frozen coconut
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix eggs, melted butter, buttermilk, sugar and coconut with mixer. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
