"FRENCH COCONUT PIE" 
1 can angel flake coconut
2/3 stick butter, melted
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pie shell, unbaked
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine all ingredients and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
