FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

Add dry ingredients to eggs, melted butter and milk; add vanilla and stir in coconut. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
