FRESH VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
4 c. broccoli, cut into flowerets
4 sm. green onions
1 1/2 c. bacon pieces
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash of salt & pepper
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Mix together then add 4 hard cooked eggs, cut into cubes. Refrigerate (will keep for several days). Best when you let it set overnight before serving.
