BEEF BARBECUE 
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard

Place roast in electric skillet with 1/4 cup water. Cook at low temperature for 3 to 4 hours or until very tender. Add water as needed. Shred with fork. Mix together other ingredients. Return beef to skillet and add sauce. Simmer until onions are tender, another 45 minutes or so. Makes 12 servings.
