2 tbsp. butter 1 c. cubed cooked roast beef, cut in small pieces 1 1/2 c. cubed raw potatoes 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/4 c. water 1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Melt butter in small skillet. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook over low heat until potatoes and onion are fork tender. This can also be baked in heavy skillet in oven. |
