CHINESE HAMBURGER HASH 
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 c. celery, sliced rather lg.
2 lg. onions, sliced
1/2 raw rice
1 1/2 c. hot water
Chinese noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can bean sprouts, drained
Water chestnuts, if desired

Mix ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes with cover and continue baking 30 minutes longer without cover. Use 1 package fresh bean sprouts, if available. Put Chinese noodles on top and return dish to oven for 15 minutes. Serves 12.
