CHINESE GROUND BEEF 
1 lb. ground beef
2 sm. onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
Pepper to taste
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Brown beef and drain. Add all the rest of the ingredients except Chinese noodles and let simmer for several hours. Then pour over noodles.
