CHINESE HAMBURGER | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 2 tbsp. shortening 1 c. diced celery 1 onion, diced 1 can bean sprouts Chinese noodles 1 can mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. liquid, drain bean sprouts and add water to make 1 1/2 cup 1/2 c. raw rice, regular 1 can cream of chicken soup Brown hamburger in shortening. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in a casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered and then 30 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle with Chinese noodles. |
