CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 1/2 c. Chinese noodles
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown meat and onions until crumbly. Mix in remaining ingredients, except Chinese noodles. Mix well and pour into shallow 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. Then uncover dish and sprinkle with Chinese noodles. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer, uncovered.
