HAMBURGER HASH BROWN HOT DISH 
8 oz. thawed hashbrowns
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
6 slices cheese
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings (optional)

Butter 9x13 pan; cover bottom with hash browns. Brown meat and onion; put on top of potatoes. Salt and pepper and sprinkle with peas.

Mix soup and milk and pour over all. Place cheese slices on top; cover with boil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Remove foil and top with onion rings. Return to oven with heat off for 15 minutes.
