Roast White pepper Red pepper Black pepper Hot pepper Garlic salt Paprika Place roast in large baking dish season with above ingredients. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Cover roast with water and place in oven at 350 degrees. Bake until done. Onions Bell pepper 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. oil and bacon grease Place ingredients in large skillet and fry on low heat until tender. You may want to add more of the ingredients that you placed on the roast. However, the more pepper the hotter it gets when onions and pepper are cooked to you liking, mix in flour 2 large tablespoons to get desired consistency. Take broth from roast and pour into skillet to make gravy, you may need to add more water if gravy is too thick. Slice roast to desire. Once gravy is finished, pour over roast and place back in oven. Prepare rice. Place rice bed in plate and spoon beef and gravy over. Enjoy! |
