CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned, boned
6 Swiss cheese slices
1/2 lb. shaved ham

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1/4 c. milk

Flatten and pound chicken breasts. Put Swiss cheese, then ham on top of chicken. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Heat sauce ingredients. Pour over top of chicken and bake an additional 20 minutes.
