CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 chicken breasts, pounded
12 slices ham
12 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup flour
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
3 eggs
salt & pepper
tarragon
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup wine

Roll chicken with ham and Swiss and secure with toothpicks. Roll in flour mixture. Dip in egg. Roll in bread crumbs. Heat oil and sauté to brown. Add water (1/2 cup) and 1/2 cup wine. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer until done.
