CHICKEN PIES 
2 cans crescent rolls
6 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter, melted
4 c. baked chicken breasts, chopped
2 tbsp. pimento (optional)
2 tbsp. onion, finely diced
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter, melted or chicken broth
More melted butter
Crushed seasoned croutons

CRUST: Two cans crescent rolls. Take 2 triangles and make squares of them. Put 1/2 cup chicken in center, along with the cream cheese, melted butter, pimento, onion, sage, salt and pepper, and pull up the corners to seal. Press tightly. Dip in melted butter and crushed seasoned croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes on a Pam sprayed pan.
