Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato
Black olives, chopped
Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 or 2 cans kidney beans, drained
Ground beef, cooked and drained (in taco seasoning mix), let cool
Taco chips
Catalina dressing

Mix together just before serving. Great with a dollop of sour cream on top. This is my most requested recipe! I don't really have a fixed recipe for this. I just throw it together. Its not very good left over - it gets soggy - so make just what will be eaten.
