CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 lg. boneless chicken breasts (cutlets)
1/2 lb. ham (imported or other)
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Pound the cutlets to make them tender. In a small saucepan melt butter. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Add one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. Roll the cutlets and dip in melted butter and bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet and bake chicken for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
