ROLLED CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE | |
2 lb. thin chicken cutlets Seasoned bread crumbs 1 egg 1 c. milk 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese 1 c. white wine 1/4 lb. butter 1 tbsp. lemon juice Mix egg and milk. Dip chicken into mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. Sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese on breaded cutlets. Roll cutlets and place on disposable pan. Heat wine, butter and lemon juice until butter is melted. Pour over chicken cutlets. Bake in heated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6 people. |
