YEAST BISCUITS 
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water or milk
3/4 c. melted shortening
4 c. self rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix sugar and flour together. Add beaten egg and shortening. Add yeast water.

Pour into greased muffin tins.

Dough will be soupy. Put what you don't use in refrigerator.

Bake at 350 degrees; make 24 rolls.
