MUSKMELON JAM 
3 or 4 muskmelon (ripe)
6 c. sugar
2 oranges, cut up
1 pkg. orange Jello

Peel and cook muskmelon until soft. Put through colander. Take 6 cups muskmelon pulp and 6 cups sugar and orange pieces. Put into roaster and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring several times. Remove from oven. Add Jello; put into jars and seal. Baby food jars work great.
