ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. shredded zucchini
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. lemon juice
6 c. sugar
1 box sure-jell
6 oz. box orange Jello

Cook zucchini 10 minutes or until clear using some pineapple juice in the cooking. Then add pineapple, lemon juice, sugar and sure-jell. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat then add orange Jello. Stir well. Put into jars and seals.
