APRICOT ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. peeled & grated zucchini
5 c. sugar
6 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. lemon juice

Boil above ingredients for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add family size package apricot Jello. Mix well and pour into jars. Orange pineapple Jello can also be used.
